Let me tell you, they are not your average "tech" company as I don't recall a single time they have not delivered a remedy or provided me with a "how to" remedy. I enjoyed their tech support so much so, that when I was offered their newest phone system, I didn't hesitate, and neither should you. This company absolutely rocks and is worth every penny you eventually end up spending.
